I just got this one to replace an older powered 2950. What a bargain.
Others already covered the good things about this server, but I just want to add how quit it is. It makes as much noise as a desktop.
I was so used to the high noise of the old server that I could not believe this.

Smoke em if you have em...
By Michael Smyers
Have been sitting for quite a while before I could get to it. Have 1 running and within minutes/seconds of plugging 2nd power supply it started to smoke badly and failed. I'll contact seller and see if I can resolve this issue.

The price for this bad boy made it just irresistible
By Fidencio Garrido Trejo
24 threads in 12 cores; that is the dream. As a professional software developer I usually write applications that have to handle certain level of concurrency, parallelism and meet certain SLA's. The price for this bad boy made it just irresistible. Now I am running lightweight docker containers on Ubuntu 16.04 that perform really fast. The configuration was kind of tricky (if you are not used to actual servers) so probably a quick installation guide would be nice.
